Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring cue sticks are padded and accessories are sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Rhino

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
