Due to their size and weight, pool tables typically ship via freight and arrive within 10-14 business days. Smaller accessories like cues and chalk usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with certified billiard technicians nationwide. You can select the 'Professional Installation' option at checkout, and a local pro will schedule a time to level and felt your table upon delivery.
What is your return policy on billiard cues?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Cues must be in original, unchalked condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Are Rhino Billiards products covered by a warranty?
All Rhino-branded tables come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in the slate and frame. Accessories carry a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Can I customize the felt color of my table?
Absolutely. We offer over 20 different tournament-grade felt colors. You can choose your preferred shade on the product page before adding the table to your cart.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship tables within the contiguous United States. However, we can ship cues and smaller accessories to select international locations including Canada and the UK.
